An example of youtube used in math classroom
This spring, knowing nothing about blogs, WIKI’s , RSS streams, etc., I did use youtube to introduce an algebra lesson on work problems. I remembered seeing this in a movie, looked for my VHS copy of that movie, was trying to figure out how to download and save a clip, when my 23 year old daughter said to look on youtube. Sure enough, I found it, showed it to my class and the clip was a great intro to the lesson for my class.
