Exploring Web 2.0 sites
I had the opportunity to set up my Delicious account and looked at 10 or so sites which I tagged on Delicious.
I’m wondering how to link with others and be able to peruse their sites.

This spring, knowing nothing about blogs, WIKI’s , RSS streams, etc., I did use youtube to introduce an algebra lesson on work problems. I remembered seeing this in a movie, looked for my VHS copy of that movie, was trying to figure out how to download and save a clip, when my 23 year old daughter said to look on youtube. Very new and exciting to be exposed to Web 2.0 and its interactive capabilities. I’m reminded how frustrated I get when things don’t happen right away (had to wait 5 or 6 minutes to get my password and activation for edublogs).

I’m impressed with the possibilities for YouTube, which I’ve used (once) in the classroom and VoiceThread. The interactive capabilities of Web 2.0 are awesome for a newbie!
